This is a RARE, Original Ribbon-Badge that was given to Guests  who attended the Nov.  2nd, 1976  Election Night "Victory Party"  that was held for 

President  Elect  Jimmy  Carter  

at the

Georgia World Congress Center

in Atlanta, Georgia.

This  3 1/2th inch cello Ribbon-Badge, has a white background with a green border.   

On the button it reads:  

"PRESIDENT JIMMY CARTER

November 2, 1976" .

On the attached Ribbon, in green lettering it reads:

"ELECTION NIGHT

GEORGIA  WORLD  CONGRESS  CENTER

    ATLANTA, GEORGIA" .

This Ribbon-Badge is in an, excellent condition.
