This is a very scarce "Hopeful" button that was sold during the 

1980 Primary  Campaign 

of 

Governor  Ronald  Reagan.  

This one features the "Hopeful" Running Mate to Ronald Reagan & Senate Minority Leader, 

Howard H. Baker, Jr..   

Senator Baker was high on the list of Gov. Reagan's top picks for his Vice Presidential Candidate.

This 3 inch cello has a red and blue background with pictures of

Reagan & Baker 

in the center.  

On the button in white lettering, it reads:  

"REAGAN ~ BAKER 

VICTORY  

 1980" .

This extremely scarce button is in mint condition.
