This 2 1/4th inch cello has a a background made of of the Flags of Israel & The United States.    

 In the forefront are pictures of 

    Bush & Sharon.   

On the button it reads:

"UNITED AGAINST TERRORISM"

This is a rare button and is in MINT condition.
