This is a rare &  unusual, Office Pen that was made during 1976 for VIP's along with Inter-Office Personnel  who worked for 

Vice President Nelson Rockefeller. 

This 5 1/2th inch ball point pen, has a black exterior with silver appointments, and sports, in silver,  the new, Vice Presidential Seal  along with the facsimile signature of V.P. Rockefeller on the shank.

This pen has, according to the Collector I purchased it from, has never been used, but the ink doesn't seem to have dried up  with age when I tested it.  

This is a pen that's almost next to impossible to find!  

The eye-catching pen is in mint condition.
