This is the very tough,  Official 2nd Campaign "Hand-out" button that was released by the 1976  Campaign of 

President Gerald R. Ford.

This hard to find  1 1/2th inch  litho has a red background with white lettering.  

On the button in white lettering it reads:  

"PRESIDENT FORD" . 

On the curl it reads:  "The President Ford Committee, James A. Baker III, Chrmn" .

This is a dynamic button and this one is in  mint   condition.
