Item is in excellent condition.   Plays Great!!  Disc has a couple very small scratches.  Gameplay is not affected.  Protector plastic has average wear.  Swirl marks on game disc is from game disc cleaner.

Protector, artwork insert/game instructions and game disc included.

Game Disc(s) will be in paper dvd sleeve and inside of protector to prevent scratching while being shipped.
