This cable allows Sanyo cell phone owners to access the internet through the cell phone using a PC or Laptop computer. The cable can also be used for connecting your cell phone to your computer for data transfer and standard sync software can do that but it is not included. The cable comes from the very reliable Belkin company who has been producing similar products for years. Included is the cable and the drivers and software required to install the serial cable needs to be downloaded from the company website. (since it is not included).
