2 PCI slots - for 1 full sized card and and one half sized card. You can install an optional 10/100 Versa Dock PCI ethernet card that provides a networking solution for the NEC Versa Dock.
Two file bays the support the installation of a 5.25-inch or 3.5-inch IDE drive such as a CD rom writer, tape drive, superdisk, zip drive, or hard disk. One bay supports an optional VersaBay III Adapter Kit to support VersaBay III devices.
Monitor stand that allows access to external PCI card connectors and NEC Versa PC card slots.
Port replication of most NEC Versa I/O ports.

It's designed to work with Versa SX, LX, and LXi laptops. The dock and stand each come in a separate box, as shown in the pictures below. Included is the Versadock, monitor stand, AC cord, IDE power cables, and keys. Required drivers and manuals are available online (see below). Here are some of the features of the Versadock:

A driver CD is not included, but all required updates can be downloaded free from the NEC support website at http://support.neccomp.com. To use the Versadock with your laptop, you will need to update your system bios, according to the following table:

I have the item with the drivers in the box and without. I have listed the link for reference. ITEM IS NEW DIRECT FROM NEC.
I also have the external floppy case, versa PS/2 adapter which allows you to connect PS/2 mouse and keyboard without docking station.
I also have the geniune NEC laptop cases which has versa pocket 3 holders inside. I have a full variety of parts and assccosies for Nec Versa SX, LX, LXi and others.
Docking Station and Monitor Stand are packed in two different boxes. Item is new sealed. I think software is not in the box so i'll include a link to it.
