Once we receive the laptop back, we offer refund or exchange if available. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Note: If you did not read the auction and bought on impulse or you just do not like the laptop then we do charge a 20% restocking fee to cover our cost. Hard Drive, Battery & Charger are Brand New.
