Damaged Items
We have a very low damage rate due to the fact that our products are packed extremely well. If you do receive a damaged package you must notify us within 5 days, so we may file a claim and have a replacement sent. We will deny any claim of damaged merchandise if made after 5 days of post marked delivery date. All merchandise is Brand New and Guaranteed to be free from defect or will be replace it at our expense.
