Damaged Items

products are packed extremely well. If you do receive a
damaged package you must notify us within 5 days, so
we may file a claim and have a replacement sent.

Return Policy

product, provided it is in unused condition, it must be
shipped back within 10 days from the post marked

Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be

Occasionally items listed may become out of stock
because of our high volume selling during the time it
takes to receive your payment. We will notify you
immediately if this happens and offer a refund or if you
would be willing to wait, we will send you the item upon

International Orders
IMPORT DUTIES, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Some International orders can take up to 8 weeks to receive, normal delivery time is usually 14-16 days unless it is held at customs pending inspection. Since our warehouse doesn't ship international orders, your order will be sent to me and I will send it priority mail international the next business day with tracking number included.
