Damaged Items
We have a very low damage rate due to the fact that our products are packed extremely well.
If you do receive a damaged package you must notify us within 5 days, so we may file a claim and have a replacement sent. All merchandise is Brand New and Guaranteed to be free from defect or will be replace it at our expense.
IMPORT DUTIES, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Some International orders can take up to 8 weeks to receive, normal delivery time is usually 14-16 days unless it is held at customs pending inspection. Since our warehouse doesn't ship international orders, your order will be sent to me and I will send it priority mail international the next business day with tracking number included.

Items must be returned within 7 days . Refund will be given as Money back. Refund policy details: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product, provided it is in unused condition, it must be shipped back within 10 days from the post marked delivery date. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us.
