well and lay it out flat. Measure the bust, waist, hips, and length.
When we measure for the length of a top, we measure from the shoulder
to bottom hem. for the sleeve length - we measure from the inseam under
the arm pit to the bottom of the sleeve. For pants with elastic waists,
we will give the relaxed measurements (not Stretched) and the stretched
measurements.

This is a great, simple, easy care, two-piece dress set. The dress is sleeveless and hangs to about mid-calf with two 10" slits on the bottom sides for easy movement. THERE IS A WHITE SPOT ON THE FRONT OF THE DRESS -- IT'S JUST FROM THE FLASH -- THE DRESS DOESN'T HAVE A STAIN OR ANYTHING. The jacket has short sleeves with a little shoulder padding. It's also washable. This outfit is brand new. It doesn't have tags because it is from Roaman's a woman's clothing catalog and comes in plastic in the mail. It retails for $59.99.
