Introduced by Joe Bratka. Ivory fruit ripening to a pale yellow - cream colour upon maturity. Very sweet with no acid. High yields. 55-75 days

Description: USA cultivar. A strong indeterminate open pollinated variety that produces a bounty of large cherry tomato clusters throughout the season until frost. The name gives you an impression that the fruits are pure white, they do start off white, then goes to antique ivory, then warm pale yellow. The taste is sweet with a very smooth mild tomato taste with a clean finish. This variety provides great colour and flavour contrast with other tomatoes in a salad or mixed platter, chutney or relish. Does well in the greenhouse.



Sow: Frost tender, so do not sow until all danger of frost is passed. Sow seed 3mm deep using seed raising mix in trays. Cover lightly, form down and mist spray until soil is moist. Transplant when seedlings are about 5 to 7 cms high. Plant out into a sunny well drained position.
