Cress was the original micro green. It is popular in salads, sandwiches and garnishes for its spicy flavor and finely curled nutritious leaves. It can be grown in a seedling tray or saucer. It is best to grow it in mild weather, between 16-25°C; avoid very hot weather

Cress(Curled), like Mustard is a member of the Brassica family which are renowned for their high content of antioxidants, it is also well-known as a body cleanser.
Cress can also be grown to a full plant i.e. flowering stage in a larger pot or planter box in 3-5 weeks.
