Heirloom first introduced in 1830.  Small to medium, solid, white head’s 15-20cm across.  55-70 days

Snowball early is an early maturing strain of the true short-leaved Snowball type of cauliflower. 
The heads are of medium to large size, solid, compact, round, very white and curd-like, and are developed very early. This early variety is about 10 days ahead of most 
varieties normally grown in Australia. 
Approx. 65 days from transplant to maturity. 
It originated in USA in 1888. 

Cauliflowers like cool weather for fastest development and need well drained, 
well limed, rich soil for best flavour. Plant the seeds from October to April in 
Cool and Temperate areas and from February to April in Tropical and Subtropical areas. 
The seeds should be sown 0.5-1.0cm deep 
about 50-75cm apart in rows 75-100cm apart. 
Cauliflower like other members 
of the Brassica genus, requires a 
fertile soil with good moisture-holding 
capacity. It does not generally 
do well in hot weather, the best success 
being with Autumn & Winter plantings. 
A full sun position is advantageous

By you choosing which postage you want you are taking the responsibility of your items in your own hands. You should consider that Australia Post is not gentle on mail these insurances will make sure you items are covered for your requirements. We are not responsible for postage times that Australia Post seems fit to take to deliver orders. We have no control over it.
