Common Name: SPINACH ? ENGLISH MEDANIA 
responds particularly well to repeat cutting and is one of the easiest and most productive vegetables for a small space. It is bred to have minimal stem and maximum leaf production and will grow to 50cm (20”) in the first year. It is extremely resistant to bolting, so with just one sowing you can feast on these succulent dark green leaves the entire summer and through autumn and winter.

Use raw in salads, steamed with other greens or in place of spinach. Include in quiche or lasagna for a savory change of pace.

Growing tip

Grows best inpartial shade. Likes free draining soil with a high organic content. Grow rapidly with plenty of water and fertilizer.

Sow Autumn- Winter (early spring too in cool districts)

Location prefers damp , rich well drained soil in part shade

Harvest the outside leaves.

By you choosing which postage you want you are taking the responsibility of your items in your own hands. You should consider that Australia Post is not gentle on mail these insurances will make sure you items are covered for your requirements.
