This is a vigorous, fast growing, leafy vegetable with wide adaptability. The upright, compact plants to 25 cm tall have attractive pale green, broad stems. It is tender and delicious and useful as a quick fill-in. Harvest the thinning for salads and use as a steamed green or in stir fries. This is an F1 hybrid so is not suitable for seed saving.
Days to harvest: 40 - 45 days: begin harvest when plants are 15 cm tall
A non-heading leaf type Chinese cabbage that produces large, nearly round, smooth, glossy green leaves with snow white stalks.
