International orders shipped International First Class can take up to and exceeding 45 days to receive depending on the processing rate of your country's Customs agency. Once the package leaves the United States our liability ceases and we have no control over the delivery time. If you need your package more quickly, we suggest you select International Priority Mail as your shipping option. To help protect our international customers, ALL applicable international shipments are insured.

We provide shipment tracking information within one business day of payment. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out no later than Monday, but we make every effort to ship out on Saturday. Packages shipped Fedex that are purchased on Fridays will not be shipped until Monday as Fedex Ground does not offer weekend drop off. In some cases Friday orders shipping free economy via Fedex Smart Post will be shipped USPS Parcel Select so the package can start movement in the shipping system early (as USPS does run over the weekend on Ground shipments; Fedex does not); we make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible in conjunction with economical pricing. Our feedback shows our history of getting your packages out the door as quickly as possible.
