Warranty & Return Policy

• Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return the product for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Shipping and Handling charge is not refundable. All returned item must be under resalable condition or will subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Customer will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to our RMA/EMA center and shipping the exchanged product.
• All return item must in its Original box and not used. Our customer service staff will inspect the returned merchandise before refund or exchange.
• Please contact customer service for RMA/EMA number (Return/Exchange Merchant Authorization Number) before you make any further step. Our customer service will help you to resolve any questions. (we will response all email within 24-48 hours)
• Any Used or Open Box merchandise will subject to a 20% restocking fee. No Exception.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Buyer should pay for the item within 72 hours of auction ended. Unpaid items will be filed to eBay to pursue further legal responsibilities. We accept PayPal ONLY. It is easy and safe. PayPal allows you to pay by credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and PayPal account balances. We apologize that we cannot accept other payment methods like cheque or postal orders. eCheck will be held until cleared.
