We prefer payment through Pay
Pal. For fast delivery please use Pay Pal for our entire auction. You must
also submit your payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
through Pay Pal. Payment must be received within 7 days from the last auction
end, or item will be re-listed and reported to eBay as a Non-paying
Bidder, and an “UNPAID ITEM CASE” WILL BE OPENED. Please contact us if you are
unable to pay in time.

Calculated shipping rates and we offer FREE ADDITION ITEMS FOR BOTH
U.S & INTERNATION. Combined
orders must be in one pay pal payment. All combined should be finished within 7
days. Please contact us if you intended to purchase with a 7 days period.
Please note: combined items must be
in ONE order; not two individual purchases. If not combined, they will be
treated as separate purchases and will be automatically charged and shipped
separately.
If you do not know how to combine
purchases, just click on “Buy-It-Now” on the item (s) you want (do not pay
yet), and contact us through eBay messages. Afterwards, we will send you an
invoice with the all the items combined.
Delivery:
We
will usually ship at within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. All
orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International & USA with Delivery
Confirmation. You will receive an
email with your Delivery Confirmation tracking number of your package; once
your order has been shipped out. You may track your order directly on USPS.com.

ship Mondays-Saturdays and we’re close on Sunday.
* All
orders that come in over on Sunday will get processed the following business
day (Monday through Saturday)
* If
there is a Holiday mixed in with the weekend, orders will get processed the

Mail (1 day) received before 10AM (PST) will get processed that same day; if
received after the Cut-off time that order will be processed the following

normal First-Class International shipping can take up to 10-14 days from the
date of shipment. U.S. Airmail shipping can take up to 5-7 days from the date

our body jewelry, unless specified, is made with Top Quality 316L Surgical
Steel which is safe for piercing use. Jewelry is sold new and unused but please
be advised that they are NOT sterile
Most
of our jewelry is not nickel free, even gold items. A little percentage of
nickel is present in all our jewelry. If you are allergic in any way we do not
suggest using our body jewelry. The only item if worn correctly will be our
PTFE items well as our Bio Flex items that are made completely out of Bio
Flex.
Return Policy:
We ONLY accept returns and exchanges
on defective or mistaken items AND if the package is NOT opened. We will cover the return
shipping on any mistaken items sent by us. We DO NOT accept exchanges if you, the buyer, and have worn them. It’s a health hazard to sell used body
jewelry.
You must return within 14 days from
the date of shipment with a copy of receipt/invoice ***Please contact us to
obtain return merchandise through eBay massaging from Monday-Friday at 8:00am-5:00pm,
we will answer within 30 minute or as soon as possible; Saturday-Sunday will be
answer within 24 hrs. Or as soon as possible.

reason, please contact us to discuss the problem rather than leaving neutral or
negative feedback. We can't resolve something that we don't know. Please

Packaging and Return Instructions:
We urge you to keep the bubble
envelope that the item was shipped in. If you’ve thrown it away or lost it,
then please use a bubble envelope or anything sturdy but do NOT use a regular
letter envelope because envelopes can only be used for mailing letters and
items have the chance of getting lost. Please ship your packages
insured with tracking numbers for your safety. We appreciate your cooperation.
*If items are returned from orders
that received free shipping discount, original shipping will be charged.
*If you have an exchange for the
same item on defected products, no additional shipping & handling charges
will incur.
*Any items returned due to wrongly
ordered such as (ex: wrong size, color, style, dissatisfaction, ordered by
mistake), when received will incur a 15% restocking fee.

to bacterial infections and allergic reactions. Healing times for body
piercings can vary considerably depending on many factors ranging from the
location of the piercing to variations in individual physiological factors;
they can also be lengthened by infections or other irritations. Some of the
average healing times for body piercings include:

Sterilizing body jewelry
at home before inserting it into a piercing can be done by soaking the jewelry
in rubbing alcohol and rinsing it with warm water. Be sure to only use clean
body jewelry in a healed piercing with helpful information from an experienced
piercer.
Body Piercing After Care:
In addition to making
sure that your body piercing jewelry is properly cleaned and disinfected before
wearing, proper care of the actual piercing itself is necessary to speed the
healing process and to minimize the chance of infection. While the exact
aftercare will vary somewhat depending on the piercing, please make sure to
watch the current status of your piercing and determine whether or not certain
treatment is needed.
