Ebay is not our primary business. We run a full service machine shop with a demanding workload. Our ebay business is run Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 2 pm only!! No weekends!! If your correspondence is not addressed the day we get it, we will make every effort to get back with you the next business day.
We make every effort to get you a quality product within a timely fashion. We are only human, please be patient with us!!! Most product is stock, but on occasion, your product may have to be manufactured!! It could be up to 7 days before your product is shipped from our facility. If you are on a time deadline, please contact us before you purchase. We will be most happy to work with you to get your product asap!!
We will make every effort to work with you to make sure that you are getting the product you want. We have a service crew that can answer all your questions. Please make sure you know what you are ordering before you do it.
I will combine shipping, but the shipping calculator is not quite right if you are ordering lead screws of various size or other additional product. If you overpay shipping, I will not refund it after you have paid for your order. If you feel you are being charged to much for shipping, email me before you pay and I will check your shipping charges and email a invoice to you.
