Primitive Black Folk Art Make Do Doll and Wool Felted Teddy Bear.
No Michigan sales with out prior approval, sorry.
This Make Do Doll sits on a glass candle stick.
She has been stained and painted and all and has pinch stitched
Eye brows, nose and mouth. She has pinked cheeks. Her eyes are button and I think they are shell. (not sure).
Her hair is Dark Brown Raw Sheeps Wool and has a gold print tie in her hair.
Her Dress is a Cream and Blue Flower Print and has been Stained for Age.
The bodice has 2 floss X's sewn on.
She holds her Favorite Teddy Bear.
Teddy is my own pattern, hand drawn.
He has been Wool Needle Felted with Dark Brown Raw Wool with Gold Tips.
He has some bald spots and a couple worn spots. A couple worn spots have stitching on it.
His Head, Arms and Legs are completely moveable.
His nose has been Prim Stitched and his Eyes are French Knots.
He wears a Gold Print Bow Tie around his neck. matches the one in her hair.
This is a very nice set. Teddy is loose in her arms so you can move him if you like.
Approximate Size: Teddy 4" Tall. Doll 9 1/2" Tall.
I do combine Shipping. Not recommended for small children.
