I don't know anything about this. I do know that it's not new. It has hung on my parents porch for many years.
I would say it is made from aluminum. It has 2 srew type things on the back. From those are apiece of rusty wire that it hung from.
Looks to be in great shape and does need some cleaning.
Approximate Size: 22 1/4" Wide wing tip to wing tip.
