Caution:The cartridges have 9pins on them, this chip resetter actually has 7pins on it to do the resetting job. A lot of people ask us this question so please take note of this point:Please note that it is a good idea to reset the cartridges before the ink level goes below 25%. There is a sensor on the chip that detects whether it is immersed in liquid (i.e. ink) and if it isn't wet, the printer may lock out the result of the resetter. Even though the resetter will successfully reset the cartridge, the printer won't accept it. Please take note of this when operating your unit.
