Payment Policy

· Only PayPal is accepted

· Payment is required prior to any work beginning

Project Policy

· Price list on this site does not include federal/government/military resumes or KSA’s. If you would like a price quote for resume for a federal position please contact me. Price will be based on career level and amount of background history to be added.  Price Includes 2 page resumes only.  I do not provide resumes longer than 2 pages under any circumstance as it lowers your chance of having it read by HR significantly.

· Please check your junk or spam folders for correspondence from me if you do not see your drafts in your inbox when they are due. I am never late so if you do not see the drafts in any of your email folders please contact me by phone or email and be sure to add my email address to your contacts list to ensure delivery of my correspondence. If possible please provide a secondary email address to ensure that you receive your materials. I have noticed that clients using hotmail at times have trouble receiving correspondence from me.

· You must be willing and able to complete this project in a timely manner once it has begun. One of the reasons this is necessary as a sole proprietor is to prevent a back log of work that creates an unmanageable work load during busy periods. An example of this would be when 10 people order but don’t submit their information or respond to the drafts and then 20 more people order who do turn in their information. The first 10 decide to now turn in their information or respond to drafts during the period I am working on 20 new orders. Now there are 30 orders to fulfill all due in the same time frame of 3-4 days

· Once you have received the 1st draft, you must respond to that draft and the following Final Draft within 3 business days of receiving each one requesting any changes you would like made or approving the drafts as they are

· If after 2 weeks there has been no response to the drafts, I will assume you are happy with the resume and the project is at an end

Shipping Policy

· Draft will be received within 3 business days of receiving payment AND all information

· Final Draft will be received within 4 business days of receiving payment AND all information provided you have responded to any inquires I have about your material. (These services do not include research; you need to supply all necessary information for the completion of your resume)

· If you choose the Premium Package which includes a hard copy of your resume it will be mailed via 1st Class U.S. Postal Service to U.S. destinations included in the price of the package

· If you live outside of the U.S. and purchase the Premium Package, Flat Rate Priority International Mail will be used. There is an $11 fee for International Priority Mail which will be calculated during the checkout process

· There is a 2 day handling time on shipments

· PayPal confirmed addresses only

Return Policy

· This item is custom drafted to fit your individual needs

· We will collaborate to create your custom drafted resume and you have up to 2 revisions included in the price to ensure your satisfaction at which time the final draft be produced and delivered.

· No Returns will be necessary as you will be approving the final draft of your resume. Also, returns are not accepted as once I have done the work and sent you a draft there is no way for me to recover that work. 2 revisions during the initial drafting phase are included in the price in an effort to ensure your happiness. You will need to go through your draft thoroughly and be sure to request all changes you would like made during the draft phase. Once the 2 revision limit has been reached or you indicate that you are satisfied and do not require 2 revisions the project is at an end and any further revision requests will incur a fee.

· I specialize in graphical resumes so please be sure to visit the gallery and chose your design or request a plain text resume if you prefer not to have a design. If you fail to choose your design when submitting your information one will be chosen for you. Should you fail to choose your own design any request to change/revise the graphics will incur an $8 non waivable/non refundable fee.
