JOHNNY BUCYK signed this picture postcard in 1967 for me.
The signature is in blue ballpoint pen. This "Lusterchrome" photo postcard is blank on the back.
I don't believe the Detroit Red Wings knew that the youngster would play another 21 NHL seasons after they traded him in 1957 to the Boston Bruins for goaltender Terry Sawchuk. But, that's what Bucyk did. He won the Stanley Cup with the Bruins.
John Bucyk is in the Hockey Hall of Fame.
