This is an autographed picture / photo post card signed by the late Puerto Rican infielder, Luis Alvarado.
The color photograph postal card was put out by famed baseball photographer George Brace of Chicago.
The popular infielder, a favorite son of Puerto Rico, signed this post card during his time with the Chicago White Sox during the 1972 season.
Luis Alvarado was traded by the Red Sox to the Chisox for Hall of Fame legend Luis Aparacio, in a swap of shortstops.
He started out with the Boston Red Sox, and also played for the St. Louis Cardinals, New York Mets, Cleveland Indians. Luis finished up with the Detroit Tigers. He died rather young.
There are creases near the top. The back reads:
