This is a 1969 Topps football card, number 215 in the set, featuring the autograph of Green Bay Packer quarterback Bart Starr.

The card has a bit of paper loss on the back "rub edge of coin over blank space" magic picture.  The Super Bowl Champions Green Bay Packers featured several Hall of Fame players, and Bart Starr was their on-field leader.

The signature is in black ballpoint pen. I have had the card since it was new in the pack, and had it signed shortly after it was opened.
