This is the 1967 Topps card, number 154, commemorating the 1966 World Series victory by the Baltimore Orioles over the Los Angeles Dodgers.
It is signed by Dave McNally, who pitched a 4-hit shutout to sweep the '66 World Series in four straight games.
The signature is in blue ballpoint pen. I have had the card since it was new in the pack, and had it signed in 1969.
