Donn Clendenon was a slugging first baseman for the Pittsburgh Pirates and New York Mets.  He is most famous for his power display in leading the 1969 Miracle Mets to their World Series win over the stunned Baltimore Orioles.

Clendenon is featured with Willie Stargell on this 1967 Topps card, "Pitt Power" (Topps loved to alliterate their specialty cards), number 266 in the 1967 Topps set.  The Donn Clendenon signature is in blue ballpoint pen and was obtained when the card was issued.  I have had the card since it was new in the pack.
