This is a 1966 Topps card, number 436 in the 1967 Topps baseball card set, featuring the signature of second baseman Julian Javier of the St. Louis Cardinals.  There is a small spot on the back of the card near the number in the upper left hand corner.

Javier was a solid infielder for several years with the Redbirds.  I got the signature, in blue ballpoint pen, in 1968.

The Pittsburgh Pirates traded their minor league second sacker to the Cards for Vinegar Bend Mizell, who helped the Pirates to the 1960 World Series title.  Javier went on to help the Cardinals to the World Series in 1964, 1967 and 1968.  He finished up with the Cincinnati Reds.
