This is a vintage signed baseball card, Topps number 294 in the 1967 Topps baseball card set.
It features the signature of Walt Alston. "Smokey" Alston was the manager of the Brooklyn Dodgers and Los Angeles Dodgers for more than two decades.
The autograph is in blue ballpoint pen.
