This is the last card of Hall of Fame New York Yankees legend Eddie Ford / Ed Ford / Edward Ford / Whitey Ford.

I can see see the 1967 Sporting News headline to this day:  "Trouble in Wing Ends Ford Theater Run". 

Even at age 38, with significant arm trouble, White Ford just could not be ineffective.  His 1967 ERA was 1.64 despite the fact he couldn't continue on.

I have had the card since it was opened new in the pack and signed for me shortly thereafter.  It was signed in black magic marker on the reverse, as shown.
