This is a very nice copy of THE MONSTER MEN by Edgar Rice Burroughs, author of Tarzan of the Apes and many other books of science fiction and fantastical worlds.

This is a very good condition copy. There is no noticeable edgewear front or back. There is a very small mark at the top edge at the corner of the spine where there is some very minor color loss, about 1/4 x 1/32nd inch in size. Corners are square. This book is straight. The cover is unique and fantastical! Color is bright and clear. Cover art and title page illustration are credited to Frank Frazetta.
There is a single crease that runs below the upper front corner diagonally. It is not really visible from the front, but can be seen when the book cover is opened.
Spine is not creased or bent.
This book was first published in hardcover in 1929. No other dates are given. This is Ace no. 53587. Cover price is 60 cents.

I am trying to be as accurate and complete as possible, but this description may not be perfect. I think in person the book presents better than this description makes it sound. It is really a nice copy of a rare title.
