This is from the Kings Park NYFD #358

The front brass badge is screwed into the hat

There are brass buttons on the sides with the FD symbols

Leather is on the inside trim

Inside is the original paper & tags

Condition

The hat itself is in perfect condition

There are no rips holes or damage

The brass needs to be cleaned - see pics

The winning bidder is responsible to pay s/h charges which are always upfront and displayed on the auction listing page. I do charge a small handling fee which is built into the calculator not in addition to what is displayed for shipping. I usually can offer up to three methods of shipping(first class, parcel post, priority) so you can decide how you would like your item shipped. If you would like your item shipped in a Priority Flat Rate box and that is not one of the methods shown please contact me ASAP so I can calculate your cost determined by the size of the box the items will fit in.  Please note that parcel post is slower but cheeper. Priority is faster and the rate is higher as well but I am happy to provide you with a quote for that shipping method if you desire just email me with your request.   In order for me to be protected under PayPal’s “Seller Protection Plan” I only ship to the shipping address on the transaction details page through Paypal and in accordance with PayPal’s shipping requirements so please make sure your shipping address is accurate AND that you use the zip code on file with Paypal to determine accurate shipping rates.

 

If you would like to bid on multiple items in my auction listings please note that I do offer to ship multiple auction wins together for those items ending in the same listing week as long as you wait for a combined invoice to be sent to you from me before making your payment. Most of the time I can save you some money on shipping depending on the items purchased. If you could send me a quick note to let me know that you will be bidding on more than one of my items I will wait until you are finished shopping to send you ONE invoice to pay from.

 

At the end of an auction Ebay automatically sends you an invoice of your total amount due and I also send an invoice as well. After payment is made I prepare your item for shipping and deliver the package to my local post office as soon as I can. Once that is completed I send you the buyer a quick note to let you know your item has been shipped. You can then track the status of your package by logging in to your Ebay or Paypal account.

 

My shipping turn around is pretty good, I want to get your packages out to you as quickly as possible. Quick payment allows me to do so. I try to ship on a daily basis (except weekends & holidays) if emergencies do arise, I will communicate with you right away.
