Framed 42" x 30.5" (beautiful frame) oil on canvas signed 'Jackson'.  Three darling cottages in wooded area with trees around a river/brook.  Gorgeous colors.  The history is that it was purchased for a parrish in Anderson SC, in the 1940's.  It has stayed in the home for each minister, until they began giving an allowance to the ministers to buy their own home.  At that point, they cleaned out and had an estate sale.
