This most unique and extraordinary painting of acrylic and mixed medium on a round (approx. 30") piece of 1 1/4" wood is an original, one of a kind painting, named "Under The Sea Rhapsody" by the Internationally acclaimed artist, T. W. Curtis. The history of this table top is very interesting. You will not find this piece again. T. W. Curtis was having a showing in Highlands NC on Spring Street in an art gallery. He was there signing his works at this great showing. He took this round piece of wood and painted "Under The Sea Rhapsody", had a glass top cut for it special, and signed his works on this table. You will get the glass top, also. You can do many things with this painting. You can wire for the wall, you can use it on a base for a coffee table, or you can even place it flat against the ceiling, which is how I spotted it in the business that I purchased it from. This reminds me of an incredible underwater scene. You have gorgeous greens, blues, purples, gold, a touch of light orange. Just remarkable. He is a versatile artist, widely recognized as an outstanding contemporary painter, along with being an accomplished sculptor whose sculptures have secured him a place in Who's Who of American Art and Who's Who in the South and Southwest. He is also accepted among private collectors, embassies, corporations, museums and galleries throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, continental Europe and Japan.
