This are gorgeous, MINT condition, Pier 1 plate hand made in Portugal exclusively.  I have not been able to find this anywhere on the web.  This, I believe, is rare and discontinued.

This plate is 9 3/4" round, scalloped edge, multi leaf design.  The leaf border is 2 1/4" wide.  The center is 5 1/2" round plain.
