Put simply, the Spotlight is a fine drum set—fine looking and fine sounding. You'll be thinking that the modest price is pretty fine too! We have created a drum kit that features great sounding shells finished in tough, good looking laminates. Spotlight drums feature true modularity—the tom mount, which accepts our cymbal boom arm, is a perfect example. If you're a student, Spotlight is an ideal first kit. While Spotlight is offered in a limited selection of sizes, you can expand it with RockPro optimum size components, which match up right down to finishes. Spotlight can grow with your musical needs.

Taye Innovations

• UB105 PocketHinge™ Bracket: Strong and built with less moving parts, this bracket found on Taye's tom mounts, SuspensionRings™, bass drums, and some floor toms, will succeed where other brackets fail.
• SideLatch™ Snare Release: Taye's patented SideLatch™ Snare Release is simply designed for optimum performance: the direct side action release design uses an absolute minimum of moving parts; parts that are normally susceptible to breakage. The knurled tension knob allows easy snare tension adjustment. The unique SlipLock Tension Adjustor feature prevents loosening of snare tension.
