This is a very unique painting by Alex Siburney, done with an air brush technique on stretched canvas. It is an extremely detailed piece done to mimic a commemorative Nebraska plate. It features scenes of Scotts Bluff, the State Capitol, farming practices, and a chapel. The ornate gold detail work around the edges of the "plate" is stunning, really gives this painting depth
