Up for auction is a 3 x 5 index card signed by former Negro League & Major League player Billy Harrell in blue sharpie. Harrell  played in the Negro Leagues for the Birmingham Black Barons in 1951 and played in the Major Leagues for the Cleveland Indians & Boston Red Sox in 1955, 1957-1958 & 1961. This will be mailed USPS First Class Parcel with Delivery Confirmation in a small photo mailer for your protection. I have been an autograph collector for many years and I guarantee the authenticity of all my items that they would pass PSA/DNA certification. I believe what I charge is more than fair. It costs more than the postage you see on your envelope to mail your item. Please take into account that most of my items are shipped in a bubble envelope or photo mailer, if you won a signed card or postcard I put it in a top loader, I print your address on a label so that there is no problem with delivery, I use packing tape to secure your items, gas to go to the post office...all of this costs money plus the postage it takes to mail your item.
