Up for auction is a 3 x 5 index card signed by former Negro League umpire Bob Motley in black sharpie. Motley was the chief umpire in the Negro Leagues from 1948-1956 and is the only living umpire from the Negro Leagues. This will be mailed USPS First Class Parcel with Delivery Confirmation in a small photo mailer for your protection. I have been an autograph collector for many years and I guarantee the authenticity of all my items that they would pass PSA/DNA certification. I believe what I charge is more than fair. It's cost more than the postage you see on your envelope to mail your item. Please take into account that most of my items are shipped in a bubble envelope or photo mailer, if you won a signed card I put it in a top loader, I print your address on a label so that there is no problem with delivery, I use packing tape to secure your items...all of this costs money plus the postage it takes to mail your item.
