In very good shape. Has a dent/dimple that is noticeable on the blank side. See photos. It is very slightly not flat. Probably from the 1970's.  Kite & Key Room Garden Cafe.

The back says "A great name, a great hotel. Chestnut at Ninth St. Philadelphia's Largest Hotel.  Nearest to Independence Hall."
