This is a greeting card rather than a postcard, although the front is a photograph of the Holy Land - a man in what appears to be Arab or Israeli clothing looking out over the town.  Produced mid-century by Holy Land Mission, Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri.  When closed, measures 4 " x 8" and when opened is 8 inches square.

The inside is not for a specific holiday or occasion and says:

GREETINGS from the Holy Land       with actual leaves stuck on next to it that says "Olive Leaves from the Garden of Gethsemane" 

The card itself is in good shape, a little bent, and has some small writing (see photos) from sender.
