The Archon is a brand new hilt in our ultra bright LED Windowed hilt series. It features a streamlined handle with 100% genuine cow hide leather, tanned to a beautiful black with marbling. An array of three windows allow the blades light to shine through, and two accend leds on the side of the hilt complete the design. The wide pommel allows the hand to rest very comfortably while dueling.

This custom Archon features two working accent leds set beside the auxilory switch. The upper accent led is done in green, and it is a status led. When the kill key is pulled that green led lights up, then begins to flash, letting you know that your saber is ready to ignite. The second accent led is a green led that turns on when the saber is ignited, it matches the blade color.

The main switch is an anti vandal switch with green ring led, when the kill key is pulled the switch lights up, so even in low light environments it is easy to locate the activator.

This saber features a PC-L soundboard. The board is a high end soundboard that features 10 clash sound, 10 swoosh sounds, ignition, deactivation, and of course an idle hum. The boad also features a lock up effect, and blaster block effect.

This saber features the light meat sound font sd card, but you can purchase the dark meat card and swap between the two and have two completely different sound fonts.

The LED is a very bright Huey Jann led, and is direct driven off of the battery pack, since it is brighter than a seoul p4, and requires a very high mah.

An internal lithium ion battery pack is installed, and this saber features a kill key, recharge port, and comes with a universal smart charger.


All of our Windowed hilts offer the same features as our battle hilts, but are much more intricate and detailed, and feature milled cut that allow the light to show through the hilt.

They are CNC machined from thick walled T-6 aircraft grade aluminum. They are designed and engineered for the choreographer and intense dueler, and can withstand full contact, full speed dueling.

Our Elite hilts come completely assembled with a high power led installed in the color of your choice. Also, included with all of our battle hilts is a REMOVABLE 1/8 walled 1in polycarbonate dueling blade. That is twice the wall thickness other saber smiths offer. And we include it at no extra cost.
