The Archon is a brand new hilt in our ultra bright LED Windowed hilt series. It features a streamlined handle with 100% genuine cow hide leather, tanned to a beautiful medium brown with marbling. An array of three windows allow the blades light to shine through, and two accend leds on the side of the hilt complete the design. The wide pommel allows the hand to rest very comfortably while dueling.

This custom Archon features two working accent leds set beside the switch. The upper accent led is done in green, and it is a status led. When the kill key is pulled that green led lights up, then begins to flash, letting you know that your saber is ready to ignite. The second accent led is a green led that turns on when the saber is ignited, it matches the blade color.

This saber features a Novasound 2.5 soundboard . The Novasound board is a high end soundboard that features 10 clash sound, 10 swoosh sounds, ignition, deactivation, and of course an idle hum. The novasound also features a blade flicker, lock up effect, and a voice menu which you can use to change any of the settings easily with the push of the saber button.

An internal battery pack is installed, and this saber features a kill key, recharge port, and comes with a universal charger that works on 110v-240v power outlets. When your saber dies, just plug it in for 30 minutes and it is good to go.

This saber includes the acrylic display case seen in the pictures, with the beautiful jeweled edges that give it a sci fi look.

All of our Windowed hilts offer the same features as our battle hilts, but are much more intricate and detailed, and feature milled cut that allow the light to show through the hilt.

They are CNC machined from thick walled T-6 aircraft grade aluminum. They are designed and engineered for the choreographer and intense dueler, and can withstand full contact, full speed dueling.

Our Elite hilts come completely assembled with a high power led installed in the color of your choice. Also, included with all of our battle hilts is a REMOVABLE 1/8 walled 1in polycarbonate dueling blade. That is twice the wall thickness other saber smiths offer. And we include it at no extra cost.

NOVASOUND 2.5 OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS.

This board uses a momentary tactile switch for operation.

1. Tap the button once to turn the saber on.

2. Hold the switch down for 2.5 seconds to turn the saber off.

3. Push button for Clash/Lock Effect.
After saber is activated (in on mode) the user can press once to activate a fast flicker effect
User can again press once to deactivate fast flicker and return to standard operation.


Main Menu: Set-up Navigation

1. With Saber turned off and batteries installed hold the button down to enter the setup menu.
You’ll know you’re in the menu because the board will tell you (it talks).

2. Tap the button to go through the choices.
After you hear the board say the LED type your using or Level of operation desired
hold the button down to select it.
