~ I must be contacted within 3 days and receive payment in full within 5 days of the close of the auction or the transaction will be nullified, the item may be relisted at my option, and an Unpaid Item Dispute may be filed with eBay. Feedback will be left accurately representing the transaction, upon receiving feedback from the buyer confirming delivery of the package. I only accept PayPal. The buyer will pay all shipping (unless stated otherwise) and handling costs. Non-US residents, Hawaii & Alaska will incur additional shipping charges. Please e-mail me for the specific cost to your location - please include the City, State, Country, and Postal Code to which the item is to be shipped in your e-mail request. I will ship US Postal Service, with or without insurance, at the buyers' preference. Occasionally, if an item is very heavy I may ship items UPS. The calculated shipping and handling cost will include: packaging and handling, actual shipping charge, and delivery confirmation fee. The item will be shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of your payment through PayPal. I will leave feedback upon receiving confirmation from the buyer that the item was delivered. Such confirmation may be provided by simply leaving feedback for me on eBay about the transaction.
* REFUND POLICY *
~ Should the buyer be unsatisfied with the item received, please contact me (the seller), via e-mail through eBay; where every attempt will be made to resolve the issue. Vintage items will be sold as is. Refunds of the purchase price will be given only if the item shipped is determined to be the wrong item or if the item was inaccurately described in the description. In all cases the item must be returned to the seller at the buyer's expense to be inspected and considered for a refund. Additionally, any claim for a refund must be initiated by contacting the seller within 3 days of receiving the purchased item. This time period will be calculated from the actual day of delivery, as verified by the buyer or by the shipping service's delivery confirmation. Requests for refunds made after this 3 day product inspection period will not be considered.
