Product Information:

 

A celestial exudation (resin) which trickles out from high Himalayan range, it naturally contains fine mixtures of seven metals like gold, silver, iron etc.

 

Therapeutic use: Indian scriptures have lot of praise written for Shilajit (Fulvic Acid)

Mode of Administration and Dosage:

 

1-2 gm twice a day to be taken with warm hot milk. People who do not take milk can take it with hot water also.  It is in semi solid, solid form and you can use the tip of the back side of spoon to extract the required quantity.
