According to Ayurveda, it is VATA harak (Vata Destroyer) and best for massage for all age groups. Uses: 1. For skin - it is good for all skin types. - For preparing aromatherapy formula - it is very convenient to add the aromatherapy oils to make Massage blends. - For Fungal, Rashes, Ringworm, Scabies - Nourishes skin and eliminates VATA - Improves Blood Circulation when massaged - Enhances Lymphatic Drainage 2. For Hair - For preparing aromatherapy blends for hair and head massge 3. For Rheumatism, Arthritis, Muscle pain, Weak muscle and leg cramps 4. For Gums to massage gums with 2-3 ml oil every morning to strengthen gums and teeth 5. For Ayurvedic Basti - Use as Enema oil 6. For Body massage- It is the best oil for full body massage.
